WISO Vermieter comes from Buhl, a long-established German tax and finance software house, and does one thing very well for very little: allocating utility and heating costs and producing the statement in a few steps. It runs in the browser and as a Windows application with sync between them, and starts at €34.99 a year — the cheapest credible way to get the annual job done.

When WISO Vermieter is the better choice
If the statement is all you need, stay with WISO Vermieter. Nothing here is cheaper for that job, Buhl is a known quantity, and Propklar does not produce the statement at all. A landlord with one or two settled tenancies may genuinely need nothing more.
